Lincoln Park Downsizing
A downriver family's downsizing · Danish teak & studio craft · Lincoln Park, MI 48146

About this sale
The owner spent forty years collecting the good stuff. Danish teak, cognac leather, hand-thrown pottery, and was moving to a smaller place with only room for a few favorites. A junk crew would have paid her by the truckload. Instead we ran a two-day in-home sale, sent the best teak to an online auction for a national audience, and cleared what was left for donation. She kept three pieces and a check.
Below is a sample of what sold, with realized prices. It's the kind of result we aim for on every managed sale: the right buyers, honest condition notes, and nothing good left behind.
