The Rosedale Park Tudor Estate
A complete 1930s Tudor home · three generations of one family · Detroit, MI 48223

About this estate
This is the kind of house you hope to walk into: one family, three generations, and nothing thrown out since the 1940s. The owners were careful people with good taste — Persian and Turkish rugs on every floor, a walnut dining suite bought new after the war, a wall of framed oils, and a basement workshop that never stopped.
We've spent two weeks sorting, researching, and pricing every room. The truly rare pieces, a signed oil and one silk rug, are going to auction rather than the sale, so they get the buyers they deserve; everything else is priced to sell across the weekend. Come early Saturday for first pick, or come Sunday for the half-off room.
